御園座演劇図書館（名古屋市中区栄1-6-14御園座地下２階）のみが所蔵している松山二郎『喜劇と喜歌劇アンポンタン』（実業之日本社、大正十二年）は児童書だった。登場人物はすべて子供。松山二郎は児童向けの笑い話をたくさん出版しているほか、カメラの入門書なども書いており、どうやら今でいうライターのような存在であったらしい。
